Simple Fee Structure

Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) is by far the most cost effective way of coming to agreement about your care arrangements and parenting plans. The initial enquiry is free. This will involve a brief rundown of the FDR process and some initial questions about your situation.

Individual Intake
​Assessment

$180 each

An individual intake assessment is required for each participant prior to FDR. There is no fee for briefing support persons or lawyers.

FAmily Dispute Resolution
​Session

$650 Ea - Half Day

​$1100 EA - Full Day

Generally each party pays half the FDR fee. A half day is under 4 hours, A full day is up to 8 hours. 

Prices quoted include: GST, sundries, preparation and reading time, printing, phone calls, travel within Brisbane, referrals to other support services. 
​Prices do not include: Venue cost, travel outside Greater Brisbane and Child consultants. Full payment is required at least 2 days prior sessions.. 

Family Dispute Resolution on Weekends

Although weekend availability is limited, we do not charge extra for bookings on Saturday or Sunday. Weekend sessions will generally be conducted online via video chat, but room hire is sometimes available.

If you have opted for Lawyer Assisted FDR, you should consider if your Lawyer is available and whether they may charge an additional fee for their attendance.
